Thank you for your interest in a Seating Inc. chair!  We are happy to offer any customers a 30-day trial of any chair in any configuration that we make.

Important things to know about ordering a sample chair

Seating Inc. wants to be sure that you are testing out the exact chair that you are thinking of purchasing.  We make every chair to order, including our sample chairs.  Therefore, you need to take some time to determine what style and size, arms and options, and fabric you want to test out. 

Once you receive the chair(s) you will have 30 days to test it out. 

You must give a credit card or check deposit for the full amount of the chair before the chair is shipped out.  If you choose to keep the chair and use it as part of your order, the deposit amount will be used to pay for the chair.  If you choose to return the chair, upon receipt of the chair in good condition, Seating Inc. will refund your deposit, less the cost of shipping to you and back to us.

Instructions for ordering a Seating Inc. sample chair
Decide on the chair you would like to order and place a purchase order for the sample chair. 
The purchase order must:

  1. Have your company name, contact person, phone and fax numbers and a ship to and bill to address
  2. Be clearly marked somewhere on the PO that it is a SAMPLE
  3. Include fabric color selections, all options and arm treatments, in addition to the chair style
Seating Inc. will confirm your sample order via fax within 72 hours of receipt.  This confirmation will also give you a scheduled ship date. A representative from Seating Inc. will contact you via phone to arrange deposit payment arrangements

If you choose to send the chair back it must arrive to us in the same packaging and condition and as it left us in order to receive a full refund on your deposit.  Our packages have been pre-measured and authorized for UPS shipments.  Seating Inc. will issue a return tag with your shipment to ensure that you get our discounted freight charges.
